Your responsibilities

• Supervising the proper functioning of the technical infrastructure of the buildings (including electrical, sanitary, ventilation, heating, cooling, compressed air and low-current systems).
• Organising and coordinating technical inspections, maintenance and service work in accordance with current regulations and standards.
• Cooperation with service companies and technical service providers.
• Liaising with public administration units (e.g. PINB, UDT/TDT, CRO )
• Monitoring of operating costs and media consumption; preparation of reports and analyses.
• Implementation of cost optimisation and energy efficiency solutions taking into account the requirements of ISO 50001.
• Participation in infrastructure modernisation and expansion projects.
• Ensuring compliance of activities with applicable legislation, technical standards and internal procedures.

Our requirements

• Technical university degree, preferred field of study is electrical or sanitary engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar position, ideally 5 years.
• Knowledge of medium (SV) and high (HV) voltage systems, as well as low current systems. Experience with the plant's chief energy officer will be an added advantage.
• SEP qualification required.
• English language at a level to read technical documentation comfortably.
