Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch.
  • Implement and optimize warehouse processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
  • Develop KPIs and monitor operational performance to meet service levels and productivity targets.
  • Oversee shift planning, workload balancing, and labor cost control.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain activities: procurement coordination, inbound logistics, inventory control, and outbound distribution.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with procurement, demand planning, and sales teams to forecast inventory needs.
  • Optimize stock movement and minimize obsolescence and wastage.
  • Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team built in the Customer Service and Supply Chain area, including Warehouse.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure a high-performing, motivated team.
  • Foster a culture of feedback, continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Leverage warehouse management systems and other tools to streamline operations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational efficiency, supply chain metrics, and improvement initiatives.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in operations and/or supply chain management within a distribution or logistics environment.
  • Proven experience managing warehouse teams and optimizing distribution operations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP System.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and transportation logistics.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
