Your responsibilities

• This role is expected to responsible for the overall sales activity of key account Customer Relationship activities in public healthcare industry customers (public hospital, nursing home and other medical institute).
• Territory Channel: Develop and maintain a territory channel plan for local partners aligned with channel team and coordinate and with others Account Manager managing national &global partners with local presence.
• Enhance customer relationships managing and coordinating all activities between Huawei and the customer. Promote the full range of Huawei Enterprise solutions.
• Create Sales Account plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend Sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall Huawei Enterprise strategy.
• Provide professional enablement for sales teams in each country and support account managers to operate opportunities.

Our requirements

• ICT sales or management experience in the healthcare industry. Familiar with healthcare ecosystem and has ability to connect ecosystem to search the new storage and network opportunities.
• Good knowledge of IT (especially for Storage) and network hardware products
• Deep understanding of industry customers' pain points and requirements.
• Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Be proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Frequently travelling and working in dynamic and fast-pace environment.
• Motivated and have the ability to work across an international and multi-cultural teams
• Bachelor Degree or above in related field.
