Your responsibilities

• Accounting services for Banner Engineering Poland sp. z o.o., including but not limited to:
• - sorting of documentation in accordance with accounting/HR principles,
• - verifying accounting documents in terms of content and accounting,
• - issuing and verifying sales invoices in accordance with applicable regulations, issuing corrections to sales invoices,
• - posting of journal entries, bank entries, purchase invoices, sales invoices, combining payments/deposits and clarifying discrepancies with customers and suppliers regarding incorrect payments, debt collection,
• - reconciling intercompany balances with Banner Group,
• - verifying entries for JPK VAT,
• - reconciling supporting documentation for intracommunity delivery of goods (WDT) and exporting sales invoices,
• - support in the implementation of KSEF and other tax requirements in Poland,
• - cooperating with other departments in Poland and within the Banner Group,
• - reporting to Statistical Office (GUS) and other institutions,
• - support in HR and payroll services for the Company's employees
• - support in administrative matters depending on the Company's needs
• - support in accounting of an entity located in EU
• - performing work in accordance with the procedures and deadlines applicable at the Company and resulting from local regulations
• - cooperation with other departments in the Company
• - other ongoing tasks assigned by the supervisor

Our requirements

• - Graduated in finance/accounting,
• - 1-2 years of experience in the accounting field
• - B1/B2 English level
• - Openness, willingness to learn, hard-working
