Your responsibilities

• Developing and overseeing budgets and financial forecasting
• Preparing regular reports and financial analysis for the Management Board
• Assessing profitability of projects, contracts, and clients
• Designing and implementing the company’s long-term financial strategy
• Managing inventory levels, receivables, and liquidity
• Ensuring compliance of financial operations with legal regulations and internal policies
• Cooperating with financial institutions and supporting external funding efforts

Employer requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial finance or controlling role
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA is an advantage
• Proficient in financial analysis and controlling tools
• Fluent in English
• Capable of working independently in a project-based environment
