Your responsibilities

• Support Go-To-Market (GTM) activities, including the coordination of commercial initiatives such as product rollouts, new offers, and process or tool updates across teams and markets.
• Assist with CRM-related operations, helping Sales teams with day-to-day tasks, maintaining data quality, and improving usage of business tools.
• Contribute to project planning and execution, by supporting timeline creation, tracking progress, and maintaining business documentation (e.g. templates, terms, presentations).
• Enable cross-functional collaboration by organizing internal communications, supporting knowledge sharing, and helping identify workflow or tool improvement opportunities.
• Work with data to prepare reports, highlight key observations, and support performance analysis and decision-making.

Our requirements

• First experience in business operations, project assistance, or sales support.
• Basic project management skills and ability to work with timelines.
• Accuracy, good organization, and a focus on delivering reliable outcomes.
• Confidence in preparing presentations or reports (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace).
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in English (B2 level or above).
• Previous exposure to working with international teams or in a cross-functional setup is a plus.
