Your responsibilities

• Hi!
• We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/RTV equipment.
• We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.
• Tasks: 📌​
• - Provide technical support to equipment users.
• - Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• - Providing information on products and their functionality.
• - Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (B2/C1).
• Excellent command of English (B1/B2).
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Smile, positive attitude, communicative, willingness to learn.
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-17:00.

What we offer

• Civil contract with a rate of PLN 53,00 gross/h.

• A two-week training course at our office in Warsaw, ul. Wołoska 24. We will provide you with accommodation for the duration of the training. After the training, you can switch to remote work, and we will provide you with all the necessary equipment.
