Create and maintain process documentation and reports as required
Seek opportunities for improvement in Recruitment area, design and apply improvement
Ensure that all relevant company's standards and guidelines are met
Cooperate with colleagues from other HR sub-teams in ad-hoc administrative tasks Successful candidates will support GSC Recruitment Coordinator in mapping and migrating processes to GSC and in identifying processes and systems improvements
Our requirements
Very good command of English
Experience in working with ATS (especially SuccessFactors)
Experience in HR Operations at a Shared Services Center
Customer oriented and proactive approach
Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization; attention to detail
