Your responsibilities

• Acts as a bridge between the customers (e.g. product management, external clients and compliance, etc.) and agile software development team.
• Develops concepts, epics and user stories.
• Manages and prioritizes product backlog.
• Designs and defines workflows, processes and software architecture by using documentation standards like BPMN, UML.
• Leads and participates in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Documents product requirements, features, and functional specifications.
• Performs additional job duties as required.

Our requirements

• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field or equivalent exerience. Master degree in Computer Science preferred.
• 2+ years of experience on the position of Product Owner at bank, payment processing company or other financial institution.
• Experience in designing and defining workflows, processes and software architecture by using documentation standards (BPMN, UML).
• Must have knowledge and experience of agile software development lifecycle.
• Fluent English and Polish in both speaking and writing.
• Excellent logical analysis skills and problem solving skills, along with ability to write clear and concise documents.
• Quick learner, eager to leverage new technologies in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong verbal skills with ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders, as well as to technical-representatives.
• Well organized, must have effective time management skills.
• Customer focused.
