Your responsibilities

• Responsibilities include leading investment projects in the fields of electrical engineering and automation, executing projects in accordance with the company’s internal policies and methodologies, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. The candidate will also coordinate and supervise subcontractors’ work and maintain communication with internal clients throughout the project lifecycle. Depending on the complexity and budget of the project, they will manage a team of engineers while providing engineering support within the defined technological scope.

Employer requirements

• The ideal candidate holds a university degree, preferably in Electronics or Automation, and has at least 5 years of experience managing investment projects, ideally within the FMCG sector. Proven track record of successfully executing projects valued over 1 million USD, along with a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies, is essential. Additionally, fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, are required.
• The candidate should have practical experience in programming and debugging PLCs on Siemens and Rockwell control platforms, as well as knowledge of SCADA and MES systems such as Siemens, Rockwell, Traksys, and Ignition. SEP qualification G1 is required (G2 and G3 qualifications are an advantage). Basic knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, and WSCAD is expected, along with foundational understanding of IT systems, network structures, server configuration, and working within virtual environments. Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (VB, JavaScript, C#, Python) and skills in creating and managing SQL databases, including basic knowledge of historian systems, are also desirable.
