About the project

• We are looking for an experienced PMO Specialist to support a high-impact IT program run in a global organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in project financials, data analysis, and PMO operations, especially within SAP and Clarity environments.
• You will join a dynamic, international team responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of IT projects. Your role will involve handling project-related data, resource planning, financial tracking, and reporting, with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

Your responsibilities

• Operating within SAP and Clarity to manage and monitor project data and financials
• Stitching and analysing data from multiple systems to create accurate financial reports
• Validating category-level data on a monthly and year-to-date basis
• Updating project resource plans and tracking utilization in Clarity
• Maintaining up-to-date project documentation and metrics as per evolving business needs
• Supporting project managers and stakeholders with timely insights and structured reporting

Our requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a PMO role, preferably in IT-related environments and project finance
• Proficiency in SAP, Clarity, and advanced use of Microsoft Excel (Power Query, PowerBI, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of project financials and general finance principles
• Fluency in English and confidence working in a multinational setting
• Proven involvement in complex E2E project/program management or portfolio support
• Experience with tools like SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
