• As a Senior FullStack Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize enterprise-level applications using .NET and React. You will play a key role in setting software development standards, leading technical teams, and ensuring solutions meet the highest standards of performance, security, and quality. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will contribute across the entire software lifecycle - from requirements and design to development, testing, and release management.

Your responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-level systems using .NET and React.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs (UML, data layer, business logic, UI).
• Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead development teams and provide technical mentorship.
• Define software development standards and ensure adherence.
• Propose technical solutions for business and technical challenges.
• Manage configuration, testing, quality assurance, and release processes.
• Produce technical documentation and testing tools.
• Collect and analyze software metrics to improve efficiency.
• Prototype new solutions and contribute to change management.
• Act as 2nd and 3rd line support for complex issues.

Our requirements

• Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience (3 years in a similar role).
• Proven experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, React.
• Knowledge of SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, and SharePoint Online tools.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing.
• Strong command of Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code.
• At least one full lifecycle project delivered successfully.
• Experience working in Scrum teams.
• ICT-relevant degree (mandatory).
• Advanced-level certification in software development or equivalent recognized internationally.
• English language certification confirming a minimum B2 level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Leadership capabilities and collaborative spirit.
