Your responsibilities

• Managing the teams: Quality control, Environmental, Integrated systems, Health and Safety.
• Supervision over the effectiveness of the quality management system.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental practices in the plant, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Supervising production processes and analysing potential quality issues, as well as planning preventive and corrective actions in this area.
• Monitoring the quality of production and taking the necessary improvement actions.
• Controlling of the effectiveness of corrective actions and actively cooperating with contractors.
• Organizing and supervising work related to product quality.
• Verifying and analysing current quality activities.
• Reporting the results of analyzes and action plan.
• Identify risks, analyze root causes of issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Our requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BRC standards.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English (B2/C1) is required for collaboration with other sites.
