Your responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits of products/services.
• Provide quality support for internal and external stakeholders/ Customers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues.
• Document and report on quality assurance activities, findings, and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role in the food or pharma Industry.
• Communicative English and fluent Polish
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel as well as other quality assurance software/tools.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO, or related quality management certifications are a plus.
