Your responsibilities

• Supporting in general administration to the HR function in different process areas (i.e. Data Management, Onboarding Support, Talent Management, Travel Management) delivered through remote channels (i.e. e-mail, ticketing system, MS Teams) and based on agreed procedures
• Entering and maintaining of data and in HR systems
• Preparing and maintaining of process documentation
• Being a part of transition and implementation projects
• Supporting process and trainings for colleagues
• Being a point of contact for complex/excalated cases
• Initating process improvements
• Intercepting ad hoc HR administration tasks and other supervisor's orders

Our requirements

• Completed studies in Human Resources or related field, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience
• Professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR and/or Shared Service Center environment and/or experience in transition projects
• Knowledge and experience in usage of MS Office tools (especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Workday) and/or willingness to become familiar with new tools
• At least good command of English and Hungarian language (min. B1)
• Knowledge of further languages is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills, stakeholder management and customer orientation
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
