Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Leading end-to-end the recruitment processes
  • Scope: sourcing of candidates, job positing, selecting candidates, leading phone and online interviews, SHL/OPQ assessments, sharing feedbacks, preparing offer conditions and extending final proposals to candidates, taking care of the hiring process
  • Daily collaboration with Hiring Managers, defining their needs, advising and guiding them throughout the whole recruitment cycle
  • Administrating all the recruitment activities in ATS
  • Preparing market mappings, and sharing market knowledge with managers
  • Taking care of candidate experience throughout the whole recruitment process

Wymagania pracodawcy
