Your responsibilities

• UI/UX Development: Build and maintain robust, user-friendly front-end applications that empower our financial teams to manage cash, liquidity, and financial operations efficiently.
• Modern Web Stack: Work with React, TypeScript, and related technologies to deliver responsive, maintainable, and scalable applications.
• Design Collaboration: Use Figma and other design tools to translate business requirements and user needs into elegant, functional interfaces.
• Desktop App Development: Develop and maintain desktop applications using Electron, Openfin, or Finsamble as needed.
• Cloud Integration: Leverage AWS services to enhance application scalability and reliability.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with backend engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that drive business value.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and the evolution of our front-end architecture.
• Learning & Growth: No finance experience required—learn about the financial industry and develop new skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Our requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience building modern front-end applications.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Figma and general design tools.
• Experience developing desktop applications using Electron, Openfin, or Finsamble.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Analytical skills—ability to troubleshoot and logically assess problems.

Optional

• Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, etc.).
• Familiarity with design systems (Material-UI, Ant Design, etc.).
• Exposure to financial services or fintech environments.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Familiarity with backend technologies (Python, Node.js) for full-stack collaboration.
