Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Position Summary:
  • As a Business Development Specialist, you will expand TRIGO’s presence in the rail, aerospace and defense sectors across Poland and Europe. Partnering with the Polish Country Manager, you’ll identify and develop new client relationships, analyse markets, and run the full sales cycle. You’ll translate customer needs into tailored solutions with our delivery teams (inspection, engineering, consulting) to drive client satisfaction and regional growth.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
  • Prospect and qualify target accounts (rail preferred) and build a healthy pipeline across Poland and the EU.
  • Identify and analyze market opportunities, developing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Attend client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote our services and build partnerships.
  • Required to undertake regular business travel within Poland to support project development and client engagement.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and coordinate strategic projects from conception through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with international teams and clients to anticipate and resolve technical and organizational challenges.
  • Regular updating of opportunities and offers in CRM.
  • Provide regular project reporting to the Country Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Strategic Support:
  • Monitor competitors and technologies; share insights, trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare meetings, presentations and commercial proposals supporting growth initiatives.

Nasze wymagania

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or engineering; strong interest in B2B sales and client relations.
  • You are interested in the aerospace, rail and other production sectors.
  • You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience, in a Aerospace, Defense and/or Rail field, rail experience preferred.
  • Naturally curious, open-minded, you enjoy engaging with clients to understand their needs and collaboratively define solutions with a technical team.
  • Ability to navigate and adapt to diverse working and networking environments, fostering effective communication and collaboration with local teams and clients.
  • Interpersonal skills, a taste for challenges, a proactive mindset, technical rigor, ability to work autonomously, and ease in communicating and writing in English are key strengths for successfully carrying out the anticipated responsibilities.
