Your responsibilities

• Initiate and coordinate all product-related development activities for textile, plastic and steel products and solutions
• Manage the implementation of product development and innovation processes involving key stakeholders such as Sales, Technology, Quality, Costing, and Production, among others
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-entity activities across various locations (including Poland, Germany, Slovenia, Türkiye, the United States and Mexico) for the relevant product groups
• Drive standardization and optimization efforts to further streamline our development resource requirements and optimize our solutions in terms of market fit, cost and quality
• Implement structured approach to collect relevant input concerning market requirements, technology improvements and impact of expected future changes in supply chain

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management or product development, preferably in industrial packaging or automotive-related sectors
• First leadership experience in international environment
• Proven experience managing cross-border or multi-location projects
• Familiarity with textile, plastic and steel products/solutions highly desirable
• Solid knowledge of product development processes and innovation methodologies
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English (both oral and written), German languages skills are welcome
• Readiness for travelling within Europe mainly
