• Your Role & Responsibilities
• As a Treasurer / Financial Manager, you will play a key role in managing financial operations and ensuring the seamless execution of payments.
• Your tasks will include:
• - Managing banking operations, ensuring smooth and secure transactions;
• - Processing and monitoring payments, ensuring timely execution;
• - Daily account balance tracking, reviewing and analyzing financial statements;
• - Communicating with banks and financial institutions;
• - Monitoring the functionality of banking systems to prevent disruptions;
• - Preparing documentation and responses for financial monitoring requests;
• - Overseeing liquidity management, ensuring sufficient funds for transactions;
• - Reallocating funds and maintaining optimal account balances;
• - Participating in financial reporting and cash flow analysis.

Our requirements

• What We Expect From You:
• - Proven experience working with banks and payment systems;
• - Background in treasury operations (account management, fund allocation, etc.);
• - Strong knowledge of payment processing: scheduling, execution, and reconciliation;
• - Ability to handle high volumes of financial data in a multitasking environment;
• - Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and high level of responsibility;
• - Conversational English and Russian – required;
• - Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, financial modeling, automation).
• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• - Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain transactions;
• - Experience with RP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar);
• - It will be a plus - Polish language (conversational).

• - Hybrid work format, office in Warsaw (Poland), required presence in the office during the probationary period;

• - Shift-based schedule, including evening shifts, with two days off per week.
