About the project

• Currently, for our Client, we are looking for a Change Management Analyst to join a global team operating in the area of Cybersecurity (including Network Security, Data Protection, Cryptography, etc.).

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the facilitation of Cybersecurity Change Board meetings (agenda creation, working in ServiceNow).
• Verifying compliance of changes with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Reviewing change requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Preparing reports related to Change Management.
• Analyzing change records and identifying areas for improvement in change processes.
• Support the Cybersecurity Change Board.
• Create meeting agendas using ServiceNow CAB Workbench.
• Review change records for completeness and compliance with SDLC.
• Educate change requesters on proper change management procedures.
• Report on key change management metrics (e.g., KCIs, SDLC/DEPL compliance).
• Analyze change records to identify recurring issues and collaborate on remediation.

Our requirements

• Experience in change management, IT service management, or quality assurance.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and CAB Workbench.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated, multinational environment.
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
