About the project

• Application Development & Maintenance (ADM Center) provides comprehensive end-to-end IT services from business specification, through software development, implementation, to application maintenance using leading it technologies and management methods. Your responsibilities

• taking part in ServiceNow administration and development activities;
• maintains ServiceNow support processes and checks that all requests for support are deal with according to agreed procedures;
• working directly with the client;
• administering ServiceNow instances;
• manage upgrade planning and execution;
• creating and updating documentation and procedures.

Our requirements

• master’s, engineer’s, or bachelor’s degree;
• 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform, process consultancy and implementation;
• ServiceNow System Administration certificate is welcome;
• professional knowledge of relational databases;
• basic knowledge on any kind of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tools;
• understanding of core ITSM and at least 2 additional ServiceNow modules/features (e.g. Service Catalog, ITOM, HR, SAM, ITBM, Orchestration);
• understanding the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, SCP, FTPS, JSON;
• good written and verbal communication skills (C1 English).
