Your responsibilities

• Supporting full scope of Accounts Payable process of one or a few entities
• Managing end-to-end accounts payable operations
• Acting as a contact point for vendors and employees
• Communicating with business teams on invoice coding and compliance
• Verifying and posting invoices with quality checks
• Reconciling payments and resolving discrepancies
• Driving process improvements and automation

Our requirements

• Hold a degree in finance or have completed a professional accounting course
• Have at least one year of accounts payable experience
• Speak fluent English (B2) and German (B2)
• Bring experience in SAP (SSC/BPO experience a plus)
• Focus on accuracy and service orientation
• Work efficiently under pressure
• Show initiative for process optimization
