Your responsibilities

• Driving E-commerce Agenda 2027+ for your business markets
• Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce performance and KPIs
• Identifying growth opportunities and proposing commercially viable solutions
• Driving and delivering key Area e-commerce projects, such as new stores openings and website redesigns
• Initiating and prioritizing tech enhancements from business perspective
• Managing budget for e-commerce enhancements
• Supporting the markets with consultancy in growth-related topics, such as promotional activities, optimizing consumer experience, building business proposals for new initiatives
• Performing knowledge transfer between the different countries in the area
• Working cross-functionally and agile with brand, legal, activation, research, finance, IT and trade departments within the area

Our requirements

• 2+ year experience in e-commerce, online performance, digital consumer activation
• Strong project management and analytical skills with a practical approach
• Commercial background and experience
• Strong technical understanding: GA4, Figma, Magento, AEM or similar is nice to have
• Leadership skills to drive e-commerce growth agenda and lead projects involving experts and stakeholders from different fields and levels
• Fluent in Digital by experience especially in e-commerce and driving online performance
• Functional knowledge of ecommerce (architecture, integration, M2 platforms) is nice to have
• Experience in driving martech rollouts and testing is nice to have
• Proficient in English, another CE language skills can be beneficial
