About the project

• Delivered a high-impact project for a client in the Middle East, overseeing the creation of a large-scale entertainment hub supported by end-to-end infrastructure and technology platforms. The work covered the rollout of ERP and CRM systems, online booking and ticketing platforms, websites, and other integrated solutions essential for seamless daily operations and guest experience.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure that designed solutions align with the target enterprise architecture, covering applications (solution architecture), integrations, and other components within the IT environment
• Participate in project governance to ensure alignment with the target enterprise architecture state.
• Design and optimize the enterprise application architecture to support the client’s business objectives, requirements, and challenges
• Research and recommend new technologies and best-in-class systems to optimize current solutions and ensure long-term sustainability
• Evaluate the existing architecture to identify and address technology debt and propose mitigation plans
• Design application architecture in alignment with the client’s target operating model.
• Recommend technology solutions that match the client’s needs, capabilities, priorities, and organizational culture
• Support vendor sourcing processes for the delivery of target architecture components.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for architectural synergies and standardization within the client’s technology landscape

Our requirements

• Proven experience in designing and optimizing enterprise-grade application architecture.
• Knowledge of standards and best practices in systems integration, enterprise architecture management, and technology debt reduction
• Ability to assess and recommend new technologies in the context of client business needs
• Experience supporting procurement processes for technology vendors and implementation partners
• Experience working in an international environment with different cultures and working styles
• Fluency in English (C1 level) in both spoken and written communication – mandatory
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model: minimum 2 weeks on-site with the Client in his location, 1 week off-site (remote work)

Optional

• Certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate, Zachman, or equivalent)
• Experience designing application architecture within Azure, AWS, or GCP environments
• Knowledge of system integration areas (ESB, API Management)
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
