About the project

• We are looking for Senior Java Developers to join a team creating a platform built from scratch on a microservices architecture, designed to be ready for scalability, automation, and real-world AI integration. The platform is developed using the Agent Development Kit toolset to create intelligent agents automating complex business processes.
• Fully native to Google Cloud Platform, it enables autonomous workflows with adaptive learning and real-time decision making. The goal is to build the foundation for a long-term system that adapts to real business needs in a fast-changing environment.

Your responsibilities

• Developing microservices in Java 21/23 and Spring Boot
• Implementing AI agents using Agent Development Kit
• Configuring and monitoring applications on GCP
• Applying TDD practices with comprehensive test coverage (unit, integration, E2E)
• Automating CI/CD through GitHub Actions
• Exploring innovative methods for testing agent-tool interactions

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Java (preferably Java 17+)
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservice architecture
• Familiarity with or willingness to quickly learn Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Interest in AI technologies and intelligent systems
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices is a plus
• Advanced English skills
• Openness to working from the Kraków office 2–3 days per week
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
