Your responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple projects and programs in line with strategic goals and regulations
• Partner with SSBI BU PMO for successful initiative delivery
• Chair 3PM workstream-level meetings
• Build stakeholder and cross-functional relationships to support collaboration
• Coordinate with international teams for unified 3P delivery
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Engage with senior stakeholders for reporting and strategy alignment
• Maintain 3P governance and compliance
• Communicate initiative health status to management regularly
• Resolve issues, mediate challenges, and deliver innovative solutions
• Act as primary escalation point and stakeholder liaison
• Foster a risk excellence culture
• Perform other assigned duties

Our requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale transformative initiatives
• Strong background in CTB and PTB initiatives and regulatory remediation
• Proven leadership of cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of EU financial regulatory landscape
• Strategic mindset with analytical and inclusive problem-solving
• Strong influencing and organizational skills
• Expertise in 3P management technologies and tools
• Ability to manage within a matrixed, time-sensitive environment
• 10+ years in Project–Program–Portfolio (3P) Management
• Experience in managing cross-unit change and multi-workstream remediation initiatives
• Relevant certifications preferred or willingness to obtain (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
• Familiarity with methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, Lean, Kanban, TDD
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Master’s level preferred
