Your responsibilities

• Business Analyst is responsible for providing effective and accurate analytical support to the Lovisa European and UK store teams by producing monthly operational targets, detailed variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting as required.
• ✓ Finance Business Partner to the EU/UK Commercial Sales regional business leader
• ✓ A leader in process improvement of financial and operational reporting across the business
• ✓ Preparing and distributing weekly and monthly reporting to the business
• ✓Month end responsibilities

Our requirements

• ✓ Master Degree in relevant field
• ✓ 2-3 years experience in business analysis
• ✓ Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• ✓ Knowledge of English and Polish
• ✓ The ability to respond to and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy
• ✓ A sound understanding of accounting and financial principles
• ✓ Demonstrated understanding of Customer experience and ability to build productive relationships with both internal and external Customers
• ✓ Proven ability to plan, organise and deliver results on time in a fast-paced environment
• ✓ High attention to detail and strong analytical skills essential
• ✓ Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
