Your responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day activities in the Billing Area
• Process and review customer pick tickets into invoices daily
• Process customer credit and debit memos, ensure proper approvals are in place
• Process customer reservation and returns, ensure proper approvals are in place
• Collaborate with branches, Rental Contract management team, and Inventory Control to resolve errors
• Prepare and review daily reports for updating invoices
• Communicate with the Billing Manager on any invoicing issues or problems
• Making sure daily duties are in line with SOX requirements

Our requirements

• Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent in working experience
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools – notably Excel
• Working knowledge of Facts will be an asset
• AR experience is an asset
• Fluency in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level) is essential for this role
• Detail oriented
• Problem solving
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work US Central Standard Time during peak times, on inventories and month ends
