Your responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients to gather feedback and promote services
• Follow up on leads and complete the sales process
• Understanding client’s needs and adapting accordingly
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients
• Keep accurate records of all communication and sales activity through CRM system

Our requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Sales experience in Marketing services or Sales experience in general
• Fluent in English (any additional language is considered an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic and proactive character who could absorb knowledge easily
• Skilled in multitasking, highly motivated and adaptable
• A determined person with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

• Basic Salary (Cyprus) and attractive Commission plan

• On average progressive income system On Target Earnings (OTE):

• Level 1: €2,600 for 3 deals per month

• Level 2: €5,300 for 5 deals per month

• Level 3: €11,250 for 10 deals per month
