About the project

• We are seeking a Senior ABAP Developer to join our SAP Development Team. This is a senior-level position, so we expect excellent self-organization, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach. Additionally, the Senior Developer should be skilled in working within complex development environments. In teamwork, they should demonstrate the ability and willingness to share technical knowledge, ensure high code quality, and manage resources effectively.

Your responsibilities

• Working in the SAP Consulting Department as a Senior ABAP Developer
• Participating in various projects related to the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems, particularly in the logistics area
• Developing, optimizing, and maintaining custom ABAP solutions, ensuring high performance and compliance with best coding practices
• Collaborating closely with functional consultants and business users to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Supporting integration between SAP and external systems through interfaces, APIs, and enhancements
• Assisting junior developers by providing technical guidance, reviewing code, and sharing best practices
• Actively participating in project meetings, ensuring effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
• Proactively identifying areas for process and system improvements, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP development with a strong focus on ABAP
• In-depth knowledge of ABAP (syntax) programming, confirmed by practical project experience
• Familiarity with SAP technical frameworks such as BOPF and PPF
• Hands-on experience with backend integration technologies (Proxy, IDoc, RFC, REST, etc.)
• Solid expertise in SAP output management and form technologies (SmartForms, Adobe Forms, etc.)
• Experience with SAP UI technologies (SAP GUI, WebDynpro, Fiori/UI5) and interface design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international environment
• Fluency in at least two of the following languages is a must: Polish, English, German — with proven ability to work and communicate effectively in an international business environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., advanced Excel skills)
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes (up to 20%)

Optional

• Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or practical experience with applying AI/ML concepts in SAP-related projects
