Your responsibilities

• FX Options pricing and market risk management.
• Execute trades encompassing stocks, futures, options, and variance swaps to effectively hedge trades.
• Analyze trade possibilities, enhancing hedging efficiency.
• Generate market insights, ideas, and axes to optimize revenues.
• Reconciles daily and/or monthly reports, as assigned
• Drives the development of business initiatives with regard to the development of technical trading tools.

Our requirements

• experience in a similar role at a reputable bank, market maker, or hedge fund, with a focus on volatility, ideally index-centric.
• Proven track record in systematic trading of options with a track record of achievement through primarily systematic methods. Similarly, expertise in systematic trading of commodities futures and/or options.
• Excellent command of English and Polish is a must.
• Possess a high level of conceptual and strategic thinking, coupled with strong negotiation skills.
• Exhibit an inclination to gather and analyze data from a range of sources to support decisions and align with the overall strategy.
• Preferred experienced professionals from banking sector, no to self-made freelancers
