Your responsibilities

• Developing and implementing collaboration strategies with key clients at global and regional (polish) levels.
• Negotiating commercial terms, framework agreements, and international projects.
• Responsibility for business development with strategic partners (DIY chains, paint industry capital groups, etc.)
• Collaborating with the management board in strategy development.
• Planning and monitoring the department's budget execution.
• Achieving sales and margin targets within the global client portfolio.
• Monitoring commercial performance and supporting activities aimed at increasing profitability.
• Co-creating pricing policy and commercial terms.
• Creating value-added solutions for clients (e.g., new concepts, product innovations, 360° offers).
• Managing the local Key Account Managers team and coordinating international KAM teams in a matrix structure.
• Supporting team competency development, coaching, and implementing unified client management standards.
• Collaborating with marketing, R&D, logistics, and production in project implementation for clients.
• Ensuring consistency in communication and standards in client relations at the Group level.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of company processes that support Key Account service.

Our requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, including managing international key accounts.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
• Ability to conduct negotiations at the regional/global level.
• Highly developed sales skills, ease in building relationships.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations.
• Strong analytical and strategic competencies.
• Experience in managing multicultural teams and/or working in a matrix structure
• Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
