Your responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered to the system by automated processes (robots). Identify and address any anomalies as needed
• Manage prices setup in Order To Invoice system according to a defined workflow & timeline
• Setup of all price/service-related surcharges/discounts (if applicable)
• Perform regular system data clean-up
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of system- and data-related tasks in line with defined processes, including managing deadlines (especially for price validity), documentation storage, monitoring for discrepancies or errors, and driving resolution to full closure
• Manage customer setup and data maintenance in an online self-service tool (Sylvamo Shop)
• Provide first-line support for customer trouble shooting in online self-service tool
• Submit requests for credit/debit notes resulting from Supply Chian errors
• Perform quarterly SOX audits for European Customer Service
• Collaborate closely with process stakeholders to foster cross-functional collaboration

Our requirements

• Experience in Customer Service or Data Management would be considered as an asset

• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Ability to effectively communicate in English and Polish
• Knowledge of Elixir system would be considered as an asset
