Your responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for logistics and warehouse operations, fully aligned with SWAG42’s business growth and customer experience goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across Logistics and Warehouse departments.
• Set KPIs, budgets, and performance targets; monitor results and drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize end-to-end processes — from goods receipt to final delivery — including inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and reverse logistics.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across all facilities.
• Manage and optimize relationships with carriers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.
• Negotiate contracts and SLAs to ensure reliability, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence.
• Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to reduce lead times and costs.
• Leverage data analytics and logistics technology (WMS/TMS) to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making.
• Drive inventory accuracy, on-time delivery rates, and fulfillment efficiency.
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, lean operations, and continuous improvement.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a leadership role overseeing both logistics and warehouse operations, ideally within a fast-paced e-commerce, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building, motivating, and developing high-performing operational teams.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems, and other relevant logistics technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies and inventory control best practices.
• Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
