Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the basic and detail design within the civil discipline.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the civil Polish standards and local practice in the design of the projects.
• Facilitate the communication and collaboration between Poland and other nationalities participating in the projects.
• Responsible for monitoring the quality of the documentation produced in your discipline.
• Responsible for monitoring the time schedule compliance in direct contact with the Project Management.
• Collaborate in the evaluation, selection and coordination with civil local subcontractors in Poland.
• Collaborate in the business development of industry and energy in Poland.
• Responsibility for the circulation of documentation and information between the IDOM Office and the Client.
• Other administrative tasks.

Our requirements

• Have studied Civil or Industrial Engineering with a specialisation in Construction or similar.
• Have between 5 to 10 years of experience with solid knowledge of the local standards and regulations in Poland.
• Have experience in the design of metallic and reinforced concrete structures including connections, base plates, etc.
• Have experience in the design of shallow and deep foundations.
• Have license and capacity of signature in Poland.
• Are a team player with technical excellence.
• Work autonomously and with an innovative mindset.
• Previous experience in projects related to power generation will be appreciated.
• Do have an advanced level of English. A second language would be valued.
