• For our Client, a well established production company we are looking for an experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join and support European operations. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and managers across several countries, driving recruitment strategies for both blue- and white-collar positions, while also acting as a true partner in talent and people-related matters.
• What you’ll do:
• \* Partner with managers to understand business needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
• \* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple European locations (blue- and white-collar).
• \* Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to shape workforce planning and talent strategies.
• \* Contribute to building a strong employer brand and an outstanding candidate experience.
• \* Travel within Europe based on business needs to support local managers and strengthen on-site relationships.

Nasze wymagania

• Solid experience in recruitment and/or HR Business Partnering in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to go beyond execution and act as a trusted advisor.
• Proven experience managing recruitment processes for both blue- and white-collar roles.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to coach and challenge managers.
• Fluent in English and at least B1 level German.
• Resilient and comfortable in an international, fast-moving environment with a degree of ambiguity.
• Readiness to travel within Europe when required by business needs.
