  • Position Description
  • - Coordinating the activities of Field Service Specialists (interventions, preventive maintenances, and installations/de-installations of QIAGEN instrumentation).
  • - Processing spare parts orders including booking, returns and inventory of engineer’s stocks.
  • - Optimizing engineer’s work time by effective jobs planning.
  • - Documenting cases in dedicated CRM systems.
  • - Maintaining customer’s and instrument’s data base.
  • - Meeting service goals within given SLA.
  • - Assisting in developing departments‘ plans and procedures as well as the cross-functional projects.
  • - Supporting other team members in dedicated areas.

Our requirements

  • - Advanced/fluent knowledge of French language.
  • - Very good knowledge of English language. Fluency on other foreign languages is a plus, especially on Italian.
  • - Readiness to work from 08:30 am – 4:30 pm.
  • - 2 years of experience in customer service area.
  • - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook.
  • - Experience with CRM and SAP is beneficial.
