Your responsibilities

• Maintain and update investor and static data records in internal systems.
• Perform quality checks and coordinate data validation activities.
• Handle incoming queries and requests from clients and investors related to static data.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from other European locations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow internal procedures and checklists to ensure accuracy and timeliness of output.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients

Employer requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
• Previous experience in the financial sector, ideally in fund administration or back-office roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
