Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate administration of the Employee Lifecycle (onboarding process, offboarding, changing of employment conditions flow).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure his/her day-to-day work is compliant with all HR Administration policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to employees on personal administration related queries and concerns.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Cooperation and communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR Administration or a similar role.
  • Fluent English and Polish (min. C1 level).
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR software applications (preferably TETA).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Practical knowledge of Polish labour law and employement related regulations.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to legalization of work of foreigner's would be an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS365.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when dealing with data and system inputs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a complex and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong process-oriented thinking with a focus on end-to-end workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Experience in managing tasks that involve several systems, tools and processes.
