Your responsibilities

  • Provide HR expertise and service that support the managers and stakeholders in achieving their goals and objectives by becoming a trusted partner.
  • Being engaged, aware and involved with external HR communities, trends and keeping up to date with HR developments, also in the consultancy industry.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with senior management, managers and employees in assigned client groups such as coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
  • Coach and counsel Country Manager and managers on effective HR strategies that inspire an inclusive and high performing corporate culture.
  • Partner with managers and recruiters to attract and retain a diverse, engaged workforce.
  • Consult with managers, team leaders and employees to resolve employee relations issues involving disputes, poor performance, inappropriate behavior and policy, integrity, ethical and compliance violation.
  • Work closely with managers and HR Director to ensure sense of belonging, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Participate in company-wide people programs and initiatives (e.g., annual performance management, salary review, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement and organisational change).
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to HR policies and consult with Country Manager on policy guidance and interpretation; may assist in the development HR policies and procedures.
  • Navigate matrix organisation, manage stakeholders, and ensure stakeholder consultation, information, and governance.

Our requirements

  • BA or Masters with specialisation in Human Resources or Law.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior People Advisor or HR manager.
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law and regulations in the labour market.
  • Experience from working in an international company.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate a matrix organisation with multiple decision makers.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ethical and compliance navigation.
  • Knowledge and experience within the field of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
  • Professional English language skills (written and verbal).
