Your responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale projects Lead full project lifecycles using DHL’s proven project management methodologies, ensuring successful delivery aligned with our Business Case.
• Oversee planning, control, and status reporting to meet project goals within agreed timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, tailoring your messaging to ensure clarity, engagement and transparency.
• Maintain project documentation to the highest standards, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible.
• Coordinate cross-functional international teams (IT, Human Resources, H&S, Real Estate, Automation and many others) to ensure alignment and execution success.

Our requirements

• You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, ideally with a background in project or change management.
• Exceptional communicator, structured thinker and problem solver.
• A target-oriented mindset with strong planning capabilities.
• Knowledge of MS Project, Jira or other Project Management software and Power BI, Looker or similar being an advantage.
• Professional project management certification, e.g., IPMA Level C, PMI PMP, or Prince2 are an advantage
• A willingness to travel across the CEE region and manage multiple projects in an international setting.
• A valid Group B driver’s license is required.
• Fluency in Polish and English are required.
