Your responsibilities

• Manage all local accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, cost and inventory accounting)
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (Polish GAAP & IFRS)
• Lead month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Prepare financial reports and provide performance analysis to local and global teams
• Act as a strategic partner to the Plant Director, supporting key business decisions
• Drive cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and investment analysis
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls; manage audits
• Lead and develop a local finance team (6 FTEs)
• Collaborate with global finance functions (FP&A, Treasury, CFO)

Our requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or certification like ACCA, CIMA, or Biegły Rewident is a plus)
• 8–10 years of finance experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role in manufacturing
• Experience in a multinational environment
• Solid knowledge of Polish GAAP, IFRS, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools
