Your responsibilities

• Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in finance? If so, ADM’s Finance Development Program is your opportunity to grow into a finance professional and future finance leader.
• As a participant in our Finance Development Program, you will:
• Gain hands-on experience in various finance functions, including Controlling, Internal Audit, Credit, Tax, and Statutory Accounting.
• Work in an international environment, starting in Poznan, Poland, with at least one assignment in Hamburg, Germany.
• Build a strong network within ADM, being mentored by senior finance leaders and work closely with experienced professionals.
• Receive funded professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA) to support your career development.

Our requirements

• Recent graduates (or students in their final year) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in an international business environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (additional languages are a plus).
