About the project

• We are looking for a bright and ambitious Business Analyst to join our team in Warsaw. This is a unique opportunity for a graduate or an analyst with up to 2 years of experience to gain hands-on experience across multiple functions of a fast-growing fintech company. In this role, you will act as an analytical hub, working with different teams across the company. Your role focus will be supporting our Credit Risk team with financial analysis for SME lending. You will also collaborate with our Sales team by providing analytical support, and assist our leadership with market intelligence and strategic projects. This role is the perfect launchpad for a career in finance and technology.

Your responsibilities

• Credit & Risk Analysis: Assist the risk team in the comprehensive assessment of credit risk for SMEs. Support the financial analysis of various business and investment projects.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research on fintech trends, banking innovation, and current economic conditions to support our product and corporate strategy.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to research target markets, identify potential clients, and generate structured lead sheets.
• Process Improvement: Actively participate in current team projects and contribute to improving our credit procedures and business processes.
• Reporting & Analytics: Support various teams by preparing reports, analyses, and presentation materials for regular meetings and strategic decision-making.

Our requirements

• A recent graduate with a bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills in English, allowing you to work with English documentation (B2 level)
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw logical conclusions from data.

Optional

• Have previous internship or professional experience in banking, finance, consulting, or a startup.
• Are familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT APIs) to speed up research and analysis. Have familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Airtable, Make).
• Have professional working proficiency in Polish & English.

• Salary: Starting salary on an employment contract (Umowa o Pracę) in the range of 6,500 – 9,000 PLN Gross per month, depending on skills and prior internship experience.
