Your responsibilities

  • Execute a strategic action plan to advance sales growth, expand market share, and identify new opportunities and potential customers within the designated region
  • Conduct thorough market research and monitor industry changes to effectively classify and engage new clients, aligning them with appropriate categories.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships through regular visits, technical consultations, and consistent communication, both in person and online.
  • Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales team to streamline operations and ensure seamless client interactions. • Present actionable insights and recommendations to the Sales Manager for improving operational efficiency and reducing expenses.
  • Ensure diligent management and protection of the Company's material assets, upholding financial responsibility in accordance with legal provisions in case of any damage or loss.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, assessments, and documentation, ensuring transparency and accuracy to support organizational objectives.

Our requirements

  • A degree in engineering, ideally specializing in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering Technology.
  • A minimum of five years of sales experience in industrial automation, machine automation, fluid control, or related process industries.
  • Solid expertise in technical sales and consulting, particularly with industrial automation components.
  • Proficiency in applications related to industrial automation, machine automation, fluid control systems, and hazardous explosive environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, combined with strong customer orientation and negotiation capabilities.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating creativity, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • A valid category B driving license and the willingness to travel for more than 70% of your work time.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with fluent verbal and written English.

Optional

  • A strong understanding of applications in industrial automation, machine automation, fluid control systems, and hazardous explosive environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, along with strong customer orientation and negotiation abilities.
