Twój zakres obowiązków

• Lead and Manage Relocation Processes: Oversee and facilitate the relocation of individuals from foreign countries to Poland.
• Document Management: Prepare, collect, and handle all necessary documentation to secure non-EU working permits.
• Liaison Work: Act as an official representative with the Labour Office, Migration Directorate, respective embassies, and the National Employment Agency.
• Property Mediation: Connect with real estate agencies and assist new hires in property searches and rental contract preparations.
• Support EU Citizens: Provide comprehensive support during the relocation process for EU citizens, including conducting relocation classes.
• Travel Arrangements: Book flights and accommodations while ensuring timely payment processing using financial tools.
• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Active support during day one for our New Joiners.

Nasze wymagania

• Experience: Proven expertise in handling relocation processes and securing residence permits in Poland
• Knowledge: Understanding of legislation and compliance in this field.
• Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish; any other languages are a plus.
• Team Player: Initiative-driven and capable of thriving in a team environment.
• Multinational Experience: Previous work in a multinational setting is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous recruitment experience is valued
