Your responsibilities

• Day-to-day monitoring of e-commerce performance, content and functionality
• Deployment of e-commerce activation concepts for end market specific activations incl. asset creation and relevant end market approvals (e.g.,promo plans, SKU changes)
• Stock management according to cycle plan (e.g. promo peaks, launches)
• Briefing, testing & approval of technical enhancements & UX/UI optimizations
• Crisis management – responding quickly to any technical, operational or customer service issues
• Supporting other teams with consultancy and advice on the implementation of promotional campaigns on e-commerce
• Working cross-functionally and agile with brand, legal, activation, research, finance, IT and trade departments

Our requirements

• 1+ year experience in e-commerce or digital deployment
• Project management skills & ability to drive and execute cross-functional projects
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong drive & hands on mentality
• Ambitious & consumer centric attitude
• Affinity for digital environment and technical innovations
• Experience in using GA4, Figma, Magento, AEM or similar tools is beneficial
• Experience in driving martech rollouts and testing is a plus
• Proficient in Polish and English
