Your responsibilities

• Manage Team to build holistic promotional strategy and tactics for categories/brands, aligned with consumer needs and channel strategies.
• Give insight based recommendations on promotional mechanics’ development for highest efficiency and in line with brand/project KPIs.
• Create and manage promotional calendar for all brands and channels (offline & online).
• Lead on time implementation & execution of the promotional activities with channels owners and be responsible for commercial brand targets delivery.
• Track promo effectiveness and manage promotional budget across brands.
• Present recommendations and promotional plans to Senior Stakeholders.
• Close collaboration with Consumer & Business Insights, RGM, Trade, Legal, Finance, Digital and other Activation departments.

Our requirements

• University degree, preferably in Marketing
• At least 6 years of experience working in Marketing/Trade Marketing or Revenue Growth Management
• Analytical thinking and data driven problem solving approach.
• A strong understanding of key marketing principles: consumer needs & journey, strategy & activation touchpoints.
• A consumer-centric approach in building activities and making recommendations.
• An effective communicator and presenter across a diverse audience base including Senior Management.
• Senior Stakeholder management skills
• Resilience and adaptability, with an ability to work in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.
• Ability to maintain focus on several projects at the same time and effective planning skills.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Polish language would be beneficial
