Your responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries by phone and email, providing quick and professional support.
  • Identifying issues and offering accurate and timely solutions.
  • Building strong relationships with customers through clear and friendly communication.
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve cases efficiently.
  • Keeping clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Noticing recurring issues and helping improve processes and update the knowledge base.

Employer requirements

  • Fluent in Danish or Dutch.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proven ability to solve problems, work independently, set priorities, and make good decisions.
  • Strong focus on customer service, with experience in building long-term relationships and adapting to change.
